Use characteristics
(1) The ambient temperature of the cable is -40℃~+60℃.
(2) The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should not exceed +70℃.
(3) Cable laying ambient temperature: PVC sheathed cable should not be less than 0 ℃; polyethylene sheathed cable should not be less than -20 ℃.
(4) The permissible bending radius of the cable: non-armoured cable should be not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable; armoured cable should be not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
(5) Ideal shielding coefficient of railway signal cable with integrated sheath ≤ 0.8; Ideal shielding coefficient of railway signal cable with aluminium sheath ≤ 0.3
Delivery length of 500m and above should be not less than 50% of the total delivery length of the cable; 50 ~ 250m of the short section of the cable delivery length should be no more than 5% of the total delivery length; cable length measurement error should be no more than ± 0.5%.
