    Our advantage

    The main components of aluminum cables include conductors, insulation layers and sheathing. The conductor is usually made of high-purity aluminum, and it performs the critical task of current transmission.  As a conductor material, aluminum has some remarkable characteristics.  First of all, it is relatively abundant and low cost, which makes aluminum cables have economic advantages in large-scale applications.  Second, aluminum has good electrical conductivity, although slightly inferior to copper, but in many cases can still meet the requirements of power transmission.


    Insulation layer is an important part of aluminum cable, its role is to isolate the conductor and the external environment, to prevent current leakage and short circuit and other problems.  Insulating materials usually have good insulation properties and mechanical strength, and can remain stable under various environmental conditions.  Common insulating materials include polyethylene, crosslinked polyethylene, etc., which have excellent electrical insulation properties and heat resistance.


    The sheath is wrapped around the insulation layer and mainly plays the role of protecting the cable.  It needs to have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and other properties to ensure that the cable can run stably for a long time in different use scenarios.  Sheathed materials are also relatively rich, such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene and so on.


    Aluminum cable has many advantages.  Its cost advantage makes it widely used in some cost-sensitive projects, especially in long-distance transmission and large-scale power distribution, which can effectively reduce the overall project cost.  At the same time, the weight of the aluminum cable is relatively light, which is more convenient for installation and transportation, reducing the difficulty and cost of construction.


    In practical applications, aluminum cables are widely used.  It is widely used in urban and rural power grid construction to provide stable power supply for residents and enterprises.  In the industrial field, aluminum cables are often used for power transmission in factories and power supply of mechanical equipment.  In addition, in some special environments, such as mines, oil fields, etc., aluminum cables also play an important role.
