This product has good performance of fire-returfance, low smoke, loe comsion, light temperature resistance, radiation prwf. lt is suitable for the special requirements in nuclear station, Radiation resistant cable is suitable for inner containment (1E KI) and overall containment (IE K2 K3) of power transmission, control, surveillance measuring and communication system in nuclear station.

 

Operating characteristics

Rated voltage(Uo/U): from 300/300V to 8.7/15kV according to different series.

Permissible longest Continuous operating temperature of conductor: 90℃.

When eable is laid in ambient temperature 09C, there is no need of preheating and limitation of fall.

No-halogen low-fume fire-resistant and radiation resistant, is suitable for special require in nuclear station.

The allowable bending: according to relevant standard of wire and cable.

    Radiation-proof performance
    According to IEEE 383,k2 cable should pass the irradiation test of 250 x kGy irradiation dose under normal work condition, Kl cable should pass the irradiation test of 250kGy irradiation dose under normal work condition and 60(kGy) irradiation dose under accident condition.

    Positive Flame Properties
    a.1kV power cables, control cables, instrumentation cables insulation core should be through a single vertical flame retardant test: test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T18380.1 standards, the specimen charring should be no more than from the lower edge of the upper fixture 50mm ~ 540mm outside the range.
    b.Finished cables should be through the A class into the eastern limit of combustion test: test in accordance with the provisions of GB/T18380.3 standards, the specimen on the charred length of the maximum should not exceed from the bottom edge of the nozzle up 2.5m, and stopping the fire on the specimen on the flammable combustion time should be no more than 1 hour.
    c.Thermal aging and subsequent irradiation aging test after the finished cable through the IEEE1202 provisions of the vertical bracket combustion test.

    Capacitance and damping of instrumentation cable
    K2 category, K3 category cable: in 1kHz, the working capacitance should be no more than 115pFm; corresponding to each 250m long cable, the unbalance capacitance should be no more than 250pF; in 0.8~1.0kHz, the cable length of 100m, and the crosstalk attenuation value is not less than 9.4nP. K1 category cable: in 1kHz, the working capacitance should be no more than 120nF/km; the unbalance capacitance should be no more than 1000nF/km; the crosstalk attenuation value should be no more than 9.4nP. Balance capacitance should be not more than 1000nF/500m.
