Construction materials

 **Construction materials**:

    - **Conductor**: usually multi-stranded fine stranded oxygen-free copper wire is used to ensure good electrical conductivity and flexibility.

    - **Insulator**: common 125 ℃/150 ℃ thermosetting elastomer, 125 ℃ environmental protection TPE, etc. These materials have excellent electrical insulation properties, environmental protection, tasteless and non-toxic, in high temperature or humid environment can also maintain stable electrical properties and anti-aging properties, long service life.

    - **Shield** (partially available): Some EV cables are equipped with a shielding structure, such as tinned copper wire braid, and the shielding density is usually above 85% (optional), which can effectively prevent electromagnetic interference and ensure the stability of signal transmission.

    - **Outer sheath**: Generally XLPE or TPE material, with good oil resistance, pressure resistance, tear resistance, and high and low temperature resistance, it can protect the internal structure and adapt to different usage environment.

Standard specification
